Sound meditation is an amazing way to connect with nature and become present. This session will feature the soothing sounds of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls and various instruments that will help guide you into a deep state of relaxation and allow you to release any stress and anxiety. Please bring your own yoga mat or beach towel
